No.F. 1(25)/2005-Elec-II.- Pursuant to the Judgment, dated 4-10-2005 passed by District & Sessions Judge/Election Tribunal Swabi, in Election Petition No.38/2005 and in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Article 2 of the Local Government Elections Order, 2000 (Chief Executive’s Order No.8 of 2000), sections 150 (1) and 164 of the NWFP Local Government Ordinance, 2001 read with Rule 9 (1) of the NWFP Local Government (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2005 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to notify for information of general public, the following Programme for holding election to the seats of Nazim/Naib Nazim, in Union Councils Sikandare, District Mardan of N.W.F Province:
