No.F.8(1)/2006-Cord.- In partial modification of this Commission’s Notification No.F.8(1)/2006-Cord(1) dated 11th March, 2006 and in pursuance of the provisions of section 11A of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (LXXXV of 1976), section 108 thereof, Article 254 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan has been pleased to revise the programme for holding bye-election in Constituency No. NA-219 Hyderabad-II, which has become vacant due to death of Professor Khalid Wahab from the said constituency, as under:
