Name of the candidate returned as a result of un-contested Bye-Election to a General Seat in the Senate from the Federally Administered Tribal Areas

No.F.9(1)/2008-Cord:- In pursuance of the provisions of section 18 of the Senate (Election) Act, 1975 (LI of 1975) read with clause (5) of Article 224 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the States and Frontier Regions Division Notification SRO No. 746(I)/75, dated the 7^th July, 1975, the Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan hereby publishes the name of the candidate returned as a result of un-contested Bye-Election to a General Seat in the Senate from the Federally Administered Tribal Areas for the unexpired term of the office of Mr. Hameed Ullah Jan Afridi as Senator, which is due to expire on March 11, 2009.
