NEW ECP SECRETARY TAKES CHARGE OF HIS POST

                 Islamabad, the 15^th September, 2009.- Mr. Ishtiak Ahmad Khan, Federal Secretary, Election Commission of Pakistan took charge of his post, today, the 15^th September, 2009. He has replaced Mr. Kanwar Muhammad Dilshad, ex-Secretary, Election Commission of Pakistan, whose contract expired on 14^th September, 2009. Mr. Ishtiak Ahmad Khan is from DMG group and was earlier serving as Additional Secretary in the National Assembly of Pakistan.  

              On his arrival to the Election Commission Secretariat, he was warmly welcomed by all the senior officers of Election Commission of Pakistan.
