New entries for the existing entries under columns No.2, 3 & 4 against Constituency No. NA-25 D.I. Khan-cum-Tank

No.F.2(4)/2008-Cord (1).- Pursuant to the Judgment, dated 15-5-2008 passed by the Supreme Court of Pakistan in Civil Appeals No. 510/2008 & 511/2008 out of Civil Petitions No. 342/2008 and 343/2008, titled "Maulana Atta-ur-Rehman Vs. Alhaj Sardar Umar Farooq & others and in partial modification of this Commission's Notification No. F.2(4)/2008-Cord, dated the 1st March, 2008, the Election Commission has been pleased to order that the following new entries shall be substituted for the existing entries under columns No.2, 3 & 4 against Constituency No. NA-25 D.I. Khan-cum-Tank:
