No. F.5 (5)/2005-Elec (II) (1):- Pursuant to the Order, dated 07 -01-2006 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Lasbela at Hub/Election Tribunal, Khuzdar in Election Petition No. 25/2005 (Khan Muhammad Vs. DRO, Khuzdar and others), and in pursuance of the provisions of Section 164 of the Balochistan Local Government Ordinance, 2001 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to notify for information of general public, the name of Khan Muhammad s/o Ghulam Nabi, as duly elected Muslim (General) of Union Council Parko, District Khuzdar in-place of Muhammad s/o Ali Jan.
