No.F.7(3)/2005-Elec-I.- In pursuance of Article 2 of the Local Government Elections Order, 2000 (Chief Executive’s Order No.8 of 2000) read with sub-rule (4) of Rule 14 of the Punjab Local Government Elections Rules, 2005 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan is pleased to appoint the Judicial Officers mentioned below to act as Appellate Authorities for the jurisdiction indicated against each for hearing and disposal of appeals filed against the decisions of the Returning Officers accepting or rejecting the nomination papers of candidates of Members, Union Nazims/Naib Union Nazims for the conduct of Local Government Elections-2005 in the 18 districts falling in Phase-II in respect of the Punjab Province:-
