              Islamabad, August 24, 2005.-           Mr. Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar, Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan is pleased to notify the following Programme for holding elections in the following Union Councils to the seats categories mentioned there against in N.W.F.P Province.  The Returning Officers of the said Union Councils have terminated the proceedings relating to election to the categories of seats mentioned there against due to death of contesting candidates :-

           The persons who earlier filed their nomination papers for the seat of above categories in the above said Union councils need not to file fresh nomination papers, if they wish to contest election to the above seat.  However, the other persons desiring to contest election, will have to file their nomination papers alongwith candidature fee in accordance with law.
