Islamabad, the 19^th July, 2005.-     In order to facilitate the candidates to file their nominations papers Hon’ble Chief Election Commissioner has been pleased to direct that offices of all Returning Officers of 1^st Phase in four Provinces will remain open till midnight (2400 hours) on 19^th and 20^th July, 2005 to receive nomination papers.
