Islamabad, the 25^th July, 2005.-     In order to facilitate the candidates to file their nominations papers Hon’ble Chief Election Commissioner has been pleased to direct that offices of all Returning Officers of 2nd Phase in four Provinces will remain open till midnight (2400 hours) on 26^th and 27^th July, 2005 to receive nomination papers.
