PARTY TICKET/CERTIFICATE ATTACHED WITH NOMINATION PAPERS.

                        Islamabad, the 9th February, 2009.-  Kanwar Muhammad Dilshad, Secretary, Election Commission of Pakistan said that the Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan Mr. Justice ® Qazi Muhammad Farooq directed the prospective candidates that the Party Tickets should be attached with their Nomination Papers at the time of their submission to the Returning Officer concerned.

2.                     The Secretary, Election Commission further said that in case for any reason the Party Ticket/Certificate cannot be attached by the candidate at that time, the same must be produced at the time of Scrutiny of nominations failing which the Nomination Papers shall be liable to rejection. In case of independent candidate, no such Certificate is required.
