                        No. F.23(19)/2006-Elec-(II):- Pursuant to the Order, dated 08-04-2006 passed by the District & Sessions Judge/Election Tribunal Peshawar in Election Petition No. 48/2005 (Abid Shah Vs. Shah Zaman), in exercise of the power conferred upon him under Section 164 of the NWFP Local Government Ordinance, 2001 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to notify for information of general public, Mr. Abid Shah s/o Niqab Shah as duly elected against the seat of Peasants/Workers, Union Council Ade-Zai, District Peshawar in-place of  Shah Zaman
