To organize and conduct election to the Senate as a Returning Officer.

Being head of Province supervision of all administrative issues.
Reporting Officer of PER of Joint Provincial Election Commissioners and Counter Signature Officer of all Regional Election Commission of all Regional Election Commissioners of province.
Controlling Authority of budget and finance matter of headquarter and field offices.
Implementation of Code of Conduct issued by the ECP.
Vigilance of all matters pertaining to legal/ courts.
Appointment Authority for the posts of BPS-01 to BPS-16.
