No.F.18(1)/2005-Elec-I.- Pursuant to the Order, dated 18-03-2006 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Hafizabad/Election Tribunal for Gujranwala District in Election Petition titled “Manzoor Ahmad Vs Muhammad Mubashar Arif and 14 others”, in pursuance of the provisions of Section 164 of the Punjab Local Government Ordinance, 2001 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to notify, for information of general public, the name of Mr. Abid Ali as duly elected against the seat of Muslim (General) from Union Council No.70/34 Khiali Shahpur Town, City District Gujranwala in place of Ikram Elahi Jafri.
