Islamabad, the 27^th February, 2005.- Kanwar Muhammad Dilshad, Secretary Election Commission of Pakistan has stated that Mr. Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar, Chief Election Commissioner has been pleased to re-fix the date of Poll as 10^th March, 2006 for holding Elections to the Senate from the Federal Capital and FATAs. Previously the date of Poll for these elections was 4^th March, 2006.

 

 

2.         Secretary Election Commission of Pakistan has further clarified that date of Poll for elections to the Senate in all the four Provinces will remain the same i.e. 6^th March, 2006 as notified earlier by Election Commission of Pakistan.
