No.F.8(18)/2006-Cord (2).- Pursuant to the Order dated 17-11-2006 passed by the Hon’ble Election Tribunal Punjab in Election Petition No.56/2002 (Asif Manzoor Mohal Vs Muhammad Yar Mamoonka and others) and in pursuance of the provisions of clause (b) of Article 219 and also clause (4) of Article 224 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan read with section 108 of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (LXXXV of 1976), the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to call upon the electors of Provincial Assembly constituency No. PP-280 Bahawalnagar-IV to elect their representative to fill the seat from the said constituency and specify in relation thereto the following dates for bye-election:
