                             No.F.8(8)/2006-Cord.- Pursuant to the Judgment, dated 31-10-2006, passed by the Supreme Court of Pakistan, in Civil Appeal No.1037/2006 (Imtiaz Ahmed Lali vs. Ghulam Muhammad Lali) and Civil Appeal No.1097/2006 (Ghulam Muhammad Lali vs. Imtiaz Ahmed Lali), whereby decision of the Election Tribunal, dated 23-06-2006, passed in Election Petition No.107/2002 (Ghulam Muhammad Lali vs. Imtiaz Ahmed Lali) has been upheld and in pursuance of the provisions of Section 108 of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (LXXXV of 1976), read with clause (b) of Article 219, clause (4) of Article 224 and Article 254 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to call upon electors of the Provincial Assembly Constituency No. PP-80 Jhang-VIII to elect their representative to fill the seat from that Constituency and specifies, in relation thereto, the following dates for bye-election:
