No. F.8(17)/2010-Cord (1).- Pursuant to the Judgment dated the 21st June, 2010 of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Nasir Saeed Sheikh, Judge Lahore High Court, Lahore/Election Tribunal in Election Petition No. 204-2008, (Ch. Bilal Ijaz Vs Mudassar Qayyum Nahra), in pursuance of the provisions of Section 11 of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (LXXXV of 1976), read with Section 108 thereof and Clause(4) of Article 224 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Chief Election Commissioner hereby calls upon the electors of the Constituency No. NA-100 Gujranwala-VI of National Assembly of Pakistan, to elect a Member to fill the seat from the said Constituency, which has become vacant due to disqualification of Mr. Mudassar Qayyum Nahra, Member of the National Assembly of Pakistan and specifies in relation thereto, the following dates for Bye-Election:
