(Programme for holding election to the seat of Nazim/Naib Nazim)
Islamabad, the 2nd August, 2005.- Mr. Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar, Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to notify the following Programme for holding election to the seat of Nazim/Naib Nazim of Union Council, Dandai, District Shangla of the N-W.F. Province. The Returning Officer, Union Council, Dandai, District Shangla has, in terms of Rule 17 (1) of the NWFP Local Government (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2005, terminated the proceedings relating to the election to the seat of Nazim/Naib Nazim due to death of a contesting candidate for the seat of Naib Nazim.

2 The persons who earlier filed their nomination papers for the seat of Nazim/Naib Nazim in the above said Union Council need not to file fresh nomination papers, if they wish to contest election to the above seat. However, the other persons desiring to contest election, will have to file their nomination papers along with candidature fee in accordance with law.
