No.F.3(1)/2007-Elec-I.- Pursuant to the Order, dated 15-12-2006 passed by the Hon’ble Member Election Commission, Punjab in C.M. No.10/2006 in Review Application No 8/2006 titled “Abdul Sattar & another v. Ch. Muhammad Tariq & Others”, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under the Local Government Elections Order, 2000 (Chief Executive’s Order No.8 of 2000), Section 150 and Section 164 of the Punjab Local Government Ordinance, 2001, read with Rule 9(1) of the Punjab Local Government Elections Rules, 2005 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to notify for information of the general public, the following Programme for holding fresh election to the vacant seats of Nazim and Naib Nazim, Union Council No.3 (Main City) District Vehari of the Punjab Province:
