Mr. Saeed Gul

PEC, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

He did his M.Sc. from Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad and MBA from UK. He joined ECP in 1997 as Assistant Election Commissioner. He has served in different districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Erstwhile FATA, Sindh and Balochistan as District Election Commissioner and Regional Election Commissioner.
From 2016-2018 he has served as Deputy Secretary (Training) in ECP Secretariat then promoted as Joint Provincial Election Commissioner, Punjab and served in the same position until October 2021 before joining as Provincial Election Commissioner, Sindh in November 2021. He has been posted as Provincial Election Commissioner, Punjab since 6th May, 2022.During his service Mr. Gul attended following compulsory Training Courses:18th MCMC in 201320th SMS in 2016112 NMC in 2020He has the honour to attend Commonwealth Election Professionals (CEP) Initiative training event for the Asia region in Kuala Lumpur, 25-29 November, 2019 and Management Excellence Course at LUMS in year 2019. He is also a Bridge Trainer / Facilitator.
