               No.F.8(16)/2006-Cord .- In pursuance of the provisions of clause (b) of Article 219 and also  clause (4) of Article 224 and Article 254 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan read with section 108 of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (LXXXV of 1976), the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to call upon the electors of Provincial Assembly of Sindh constituency No. PS-71 Dadu-I to elect their representative to fill the seat from the said constituency which has become vacant due to death of Mr. Ghulam Nabi Shoro, MPA and specify in relation thereto the following dates for bye-election:

6.	Last date for withdrawal of candidature.	25-01-2007 (Thursday )
7.	Publication of revised list of candidates.	26-01-2007 (Friday)
8.	Polling Day	10-02-2007 (Saturday)

[Provided that it shall not be necessary for the candidates who have already filed their nomination papers, to file fresh nomination forms or make deposit under Section 13 of the Representation of the People Act, 1976].
