Result of un-contested Bye-Election to a General Seat in the Senate from the FATA

                Islamabad, the 22^nd April, 2008:    Mr. Justice (R) Qazi Muhammad Farooq, Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan has declared as returned candidate, the name of Mr. Nasar Khan S/o Haji Amin Shah, as a result of un-contested Bye-Election to a General Seat in the Senate from the Federally Administrated Tribal Areas for the un-expired term of the office of Mr. Hameed Ullah Jan Afridi as Senator, which is due to expire on March 11, 2009.
