Islamabad the 20th April, 2010.- The Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan has declared Mr. Arif Massih s/o Dhonda Massih nominee of Muttahida Quami Movement (Pakistan) as a returned candidate on the vacant seat reserved for non-Muslims in the Provincial Assembly of Sindh, due to the death of Dr. Partab Singh s/o Rana Singh, who was notified as MPA vide this Commission’s Notification, dated 6th March, 2008 as returned candidate of Muttahida Quami Movement (Pakistan).
