No.F.9(1)/2013-Cord.(4).- In pursuance of the provisions of section 5 and section 7 of the Senate (Election) Act, 1975 (LI of 1975), read with section 77 thereof, the Election Commission of Pakistan hereby appoints the following officers as Returning Officer and Polling Officers for the purpose of Bye-Election to fill a vacant general seat in the Senate from Balochistan Province:
