Returning Officer and Polling Officers for the purpose of Bye-Election to fill a vacant general seat in the Senate from Sindh Province

Islamabad the 7^th March, 2013

 

                        No.F.9(1)/2013-Cord.(2).-  In pursuance of the provisions of section 5 and section 7 of the Senate (Election) Act, 1975 (LI of 1975), read with section 77 thereof, the Election Commission of Pakistan hereby appoints the following officers as Returning Officer and Polling Officers for the purpose of Bye-Election to fill a vacant general seat in the Senate from Sindh Province:

Provincial Election Commissioner, Sindh, Karachi.	1.	Mr. Tanveer Zaki, Regional Election Commissioner, Karachi.
	2.	Mr. Muhammad Najeeb, Director, office of the Provincial Election Commissioner, Sindh, Karachi.
	3.	Mr. Naeem Ahmed, Deputy Director, office of the Provincial Election Commissioner, Sindh, Karachi.
