        Islamabad, the 7^th June, 2006.-   Chief Election Commissioner, with the approval of the President, has nominated Hon’ble Mr. Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Mohammad Ather Saeed, Judges of High Court of Sindh, Karachi, to act as Tribunal for disposal of appeals against the decisions of the Returning Officer for bye-election to the Provincial Assembly of Sindh from Constituency No. PS-75 Dadu-V.
