                        No. F. 3(2)/2006-Elec (II).- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Article 2 of the Local Government Elections Order, 2000 (Chief Executive’s Order No. 8 of 2000), read with Section 150 of the Balochistan Local Government Ordinance, 2001 and rule 8 of the Balochistan Local Government (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2004 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to appoint the following officers to act as District Returning Officers, Returning Officers and Assistant Returning Officers for the conduct of bye-elections to the vacant seats of Union Nazims/Naib Union Nazims in differnet districts of Balochistan Province:
