Islamabad, the 7th August, 2005.- Mr. Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar, Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to notify the following Programme for holding election to the seats of Nazim/Naib Nazim of Union Council, Karbogha Sharif , District Hangu of the N-W.F. Province. The Returning Officer, Union Council, Karbogha Sharif, District Hangu, in terms of Rule 17 (1) of the NWFP Local Government (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2005, has terminated the proceedings relating to the election to the seat of Nazim/Naib Nazim due to death of a contesting candidate for the seat of Nazim.

2 The persons who earlier filed their nomination papers for the seat of Nazim/Naib Nazim in the above said Union Council need not to file fresh nomination papers, if they wish to contest election to the above seats. However, the other persons desiring to contest election, will have to file their nomination papers alongwith candidature fee in accordance with law.
