Schedule of bye-election in constituency No. PB-12 Killa Abdullah-II

Islamabad, the 1^st June, 2005

             No.F.8(2)/2005-Cord.-  In partial modification of this Commission’s Notification No.F.8(2)/2005-Cord(1) dated 28^th May, 2005 and in pursuance of the provisions of section 11 & 11A of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (LXXXV of 1976), section 108 thereof, clause (b) of Article 219 and clause (4) of the Article 224 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, to facilitate the electors and prospective candidates, the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to revise the schedule of bye-election in constituency No. PB-12 Killa Abdullah-II and call upon the electors to elect their representative to fill the seat from the said constituency, which has become vacant due to election in the said constituency having been declared void and specifies in relation thereto, the following dates for bye-election:

5.	Last date for withdrawal of candidature.	18-06-2005 (Saturday)
6.	Publication of revised list of candidates.	20-06-2005 (Monday)
7.	Polling Day	09-07-2005 (Saturday)
