(Teacher Transfer)
Islamabad, the 8th August, 2005.- On receipt of a complaint regarding transfers of eight Teachers of Tando Mohammad Khan district made after announcement of Election Schedule, Mr. Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar, Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan directed the concerned authorities to cancel immediately transfers of Teachers, which were made after imposition of ban by the Chief Election Commissioner. Immediate compliance was sought.
2. Pursuant to said direction of Hon’ble Chief Election Commissioner, the Executive District Officer (Education), Tando Mohammad Khan has cancelled transfers of M/s. Ghulam Qadir, Izhar Ali, Qurban Ali, Saleh Muhammad, Muhammad Yousif, Muhammad Yaqoob, Ghulam Rasool and Muhammad Siddique , Teachers in different Schools of Tando Mohammad Khan and directed them to resume their duties on their original place of posting
