The Chief Election Commissioner appoints the Returning Officer and Polling Officers for the purpose of Bye-Election to fill one vacant reserved seat for Ulema and Technocrats

                                                                                     Islamabad the 22^nd July, 2009

           No.F.9(1)/2009-Cord (2).  In pursuance of the provisions of section 5 and section 7 of the Senate (Election) Act, 1975 (LI of 1975), read with section 77 thereof, the Chief Election Commissioner hereby appoints the following persons as Returning Officer and Polling Officers for the purpose of Bye-Election to fill one vacant reserved seat for Ulema and Technocrats in the Senate from Sindh Province:

 

Returning Officer	Polling Officers
Provincial Election Commissioner, Sindh, Karachi.	1.	Mr. Tanveer Zaki, Deputy Election Commissioner(Field) Karachi.
	2.	Mr. Atta-ur-Rehman, Assistant Election Commissioner(Elec-I), office of the PEC, Sindh, Karachi.
