No.F.8(10)/2010-Cord.- In continuation of this Commission’s Notification of even number dated the 17^th September, 2010 and In pursuance of the provisions of Section 11 of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (LXXXV of 1976), read with Section 18 thereof and Clause (4) of Articles 224 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Chief Election Commissioner hereby calls upon the electors of the Constituency No.PK-69 Tank of Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakthunkhawa, which has become vacant due to declaring null and void this Commission’s Notification No. F.8(10)/2010-Cord dated the 16^th April, 2010, containing the name of Mr. Habibullah Khan Kundi as returned candidate, by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, and fixes in relation thereto, the following dates for Bye-Election:
