No.F.3(5)/2009-Cord.- In pursuance of section 25 of the Senate (Election) Act, 1975 (LI of 1975), and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner hereby publishes names of the candidates returned to the Senate of Pakistan against seven General Seats and two Seats Reserved for Women from Balochistan Province in place of the Members, whose term will expire on the 11th March, 2009, under clause (3) of Article 59 of the Constitution:
