No.F.3(1)/2009-Cord.- In pursuance of Section 18(2) read with Section 25 of the Senate (Election) Act, 1975 (LI of 1975) and all other powers conferred upon him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner hereby publishes names of the candidates returned un-contested to the Senate of Pakistan against seven General Seats, two Seats Reserved for women and two Seats Reserved for Technocrats including Ulema from Punjab Province in place of Members whose term will expire on the 11th March, 2009 under clause (3) of Article 59 of the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan:
