No. F.9(1)/2009-Cord.(1).- In pursuance of Section 18 of the Senate (Election) Act, 1975 (LI of 1975), read with Clause (4) of Article 59 of the of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner hereby publishes the name of the candidate returned elected un-contested as a result of Bye-Election to the Senate of Pakistan against a General Seat from Sindh Province fallen vacant due to resignation of Senator Dr. Khatu Mal Jeewan, for un-expired term of office, which is due to expire on the 11th March, 2015:
