No. F.8(23)/2010-Cord,- In partial modification of this Commission’s Notification No. F.8(23)/2010-cord.(2), dated the 9th August, 2010, and in pursuance of the provision of section 7 of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (LXXXV of 1976), the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in the said Notification containing the list of AROs against the Provincial Assembly constituency indicated below:

(1) Under column No. 4 at SI. No. 3 substitute the words “The Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), Jaffarabad” for “EDO, Revenue, Jaffarabad”.

(2) Under column No. 4 at SI. No. 4, substitute “Tehsildar Jhat Pat, at Dera Allah Yar” for “Tehsildar Sohbatpur”.
