The Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan has entrusted Election Appeal No. 17-A/2008 and Election Appeal No. 24-A/2008 to the Appellate Tribunal for disposal in accordance with law.

          Islamabad, the 30^th May. 2008.- The Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan has entrusted Election Appeal No. 17-A/2008 (Zulfiqar Ali Ghumman Vs. Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif) and Election Appeal No. 24-A/2008 (Syed Khurram Shah Vs. Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif) to the Appellate Tribunal comprising Hon'ble Mr. Justice Muhammad Akram Qureshi and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Hafiz Tariq Nasim, Judges, Lahore High Court, Lahore, for disposal in accordance with law.
