In pursuance of Section 18(2) read with Section 25 of the Senate (Election) Act, 1975 (LI of 1975) and all other powers conferred upon him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan hereby publishes name of the candidate returned un-contested to the Senate of Pakistan against a Seat Reserved for Women from Federal Capital in place of Member whose term will expire on the 11th March, 2009 under clause (3) of Article 59 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
