The Civil Services Academy, Walton Campus, Lahore, marked the successful conclusion of an intensive in-service training program for 27 newly inducted officers of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP). The training encompassed essential subjects including Rules of Business, Efficieny & Disicpline Rules, Public Finance Management Act, as well as written and spoken communication skills.
Director Common Training, Ms. Fiza Pervaiz Malik, extended her heartfelt congratulations to the newly trained officers for their dedication and successful completion of the program. During the ceremony, Additional Director General Training/Gender ECP, Ms. Nighat Siddique, highlighted the pivotal role of the ECP and shared insights into the keen interest of Hon'ble Chief Election Commissioner Mr. Sikandar Sultan Raja in imparting trainings to enhance the capacity of ECP Officers.
The concluding ceremony served as a significant milestone in enhancing the capabilities of ECP officers, enabling them to contribute effectively to the electoral process and the nation's democratic journey.

الیکشن کمیشن آف پاکستان میں نئے تعینات ہونے والے 27 افسران کی In-service ٹریننگ آج سول سروسز اکیڈمی، لاہور میں اختتام پذیر ہوئی۔ اس ٹریننگ کا مقصد افسران کی استعاد کو بڑھانا اور مزید بہتر کرنا ہے، تاہم دوران ٹریننگ سول سروسز اکیڈمی میں مختلف موضوعات پہ جامع لیکچرز منعقد کیئے گئے، جن میں رولز آف بزنس، E&D رولز، پبلک فنانس مینجمنٹ ایکٹ سمیت افسران کی تحریر و تقریر کو مزید مستحکم و بہتر بنانے پر بھی زور دیا گیا۔
اس موقع پر ڈائریکٹر کامن ٹریننگ پروگرام (CTP) محترمہ فضا پرویز ملک نے الیکشن کمیشن کے افسران کو ٹریننگ کی کامیابی پر مبارکباد دی، جبکہ ایڈیشنل ڈائریکٹر جنرل ٹریننگ الیکشن کمیشن آف پاکستان محترمہ نگہت صدیق نے اپنے خیالات کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ الیکشن کمیشن اپنے افسران کی تربیت پر دھیان مرکوز کیئے ہوئے ہے، اس قسم کی ٹریننگز افسران کی کارکردگی کو مزید بہتر بنانے میں تمام مفید ثابت ہوں گی، انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ معزز چیف الیکشن کمشنر جناب سکندر سلطان راجہ افسران کی استعاد کو بڑھانے کے لیئے ٹریننگز میں خصوصی دلچسپی رکھتے ہیں
