The date of poll for bye election in constituency No.PF-75 Lakki Marwat-II

                       No.F.8(9)/2005-Confd. In partial modification of this Commission's Notification No.F.8(9)/2005-Confd(1) dated the 26th October, 2005, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under section 11A read with section 108 of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (LXXXV of 1976), Article 254 of the Constitution and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner has been pleased to fix 9th January, 2006 as the date of poll for bye election in constituency No.PF-75 Lakki Marwat-II instead of 10th December, 2005, as notified earlier
