The ECP has sent voter extracts (Perchies)

Islamabad, the 30^th November 2012.-          The Election Commission of Pakistan has sent voter extracts (Perchies) showing the name of voter, location of polling station, through Pakistan Post Office to the voters of following constituencies where bye-elections are going to be held on 4^th December 2012:

1-           NA-107 Gujrat-IV

2-           NA-162 Sahiwal-III

3-           PS-21 Naushero Feroz-III

4-           PP-26 Jhelum-III

5-           PP-92 Gujranwala-II

6-           PP-122 Sialkot-II

7-           PP-129 Sialkot-IX

8-           PP-133 Narowal-II

9-           PP-226 Sahiwal-VII

 

These voting details and polling station information will include CNIC number, Serial Number of voter in the Electoral Rolls, Census Block Code, and name/number of Polling Station.

As a special arrangement, the voters of the above mentioned constituencies can also check their voting details and polling station information through SMS by sending CNIC Number (without space) to 8300.

Furthermore, all the new CNIC holders (till August 2012) who have obtained CNIC after publication of Final Electoral Rolls-2012 have also been registered as voters after door-to-door verification by the ECP. All these voters and the voters registered under section 18 of the Electoral Rolls Act-1974 can confirm their vote through 8300 SMS facility.
