The Election Commission has been pleased to order that 9th seat reserved for non-Muslims in the Provincial Assembly of Sindh shall stand allocated to Pakistan Muslim League

               Islamabad, the 28^th November, 2008.  Pursuant to the Judgment, dated the 30^th October, 2008 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan in Civil Petition No. 337 of 2008 (Ghulam Qadir Malkani Vs. Election Commission of Pakistan & others) and in partial modification of this Commission’s Notification of even number, dated the 6^th March, 2008, the Election Commission has been pleased to order that 9^th seat reserved for non-Muslims in the Provincial Assembly of Sindh shall stand allocated to Pakistan Muslim League. Consequently, Mr. Ram Singh s/o Ran Singh Sodho, r/o Dileep Nagar, Mithi is hereby declared elected against one of the seats reserved for Non-Muslims in the Provincial Assembly of Sindh according to the Priority List submitted by Pakistan Muslim League for the said seats.
