The Election Commission hereby appoints Returning Officer and Polling Officers for the purpose of Bye-Election to fill a vacant seat reserved for Technocrats and Ulema, from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province.

                        No.F.9(1)/2011-Cord (2).  In pursuance of the provisions of section 5 and section 7 of the Senate (Election) Act, 1975 (LI of 1975), read with section 77 thereof, the Election Commission hereby appoints the following persons as Returning Officer and Polling Officers for the purpose of Bye-Election to fill a vacant seat reserved for Technocrats and Ulema, from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province:

	4.	Mr. Sharifullah, Assistant Election Commissioner (Estt), Peshawar.
