No.F.2(2)/2007-Cord (1).- Pursuant to the Judgment, dated the 23rd September, 2011, passed by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Faisal Arab. Judge of High Court of Sindh/Election Tribunal in Election Petition No. 211 of 2008 (Wahid Bukhsh Khan Bhayo Vs. Ghaus Bukhsh Maher and Others), and in partial modification of this Commission’s Notification No.F.2(4)/2008-Cord, dated the 1st March, 2008, the Election Commission hereby publishes the name of candidate returned to the National Assembly of Pakistan from the under mentioned Constituency as a result of re-polling at 47 polling stations:
