The Election Commission of Pakistan has announced the election schedule for the Local Government Elections-2013 in the province of Balochistan, according to the election program polls will be held on 7th December, 2013.

    Islamabad, the 2^nd November, 2013:- The Election Commission of Pakistan has announced the election schedule for the Local Government Elections-2013 in the province of Balochistan, according to the election program polls will be held on            7^th December, 2013.

As per schedule, public notice for inviting nomination papers shall be issued by the Returning Officers on 6^th November, 2013 and nomination forms will be received on 7^th & 8^th November, 2013.

Printed nomination forms have also been placed on the ECPs official website www.ecp.gov.pk for the use of Political Parties and candidates which could be downloaded from today, Saturday 2^nd November, 2013. Furthermore the notification of District Returning Officers (DROs), Returning Officers (ROs) and Assistant Returning Officers (AROs) has also been uploaded on ECPs website.

Moreover, the ECP has notified the appointment of Appellate Authorities for disposal of appeals against the decisions of the Returning Officers rejecting/accepting the nomination papers filed by the candidates contesting election for seats in Union Councils/Wards of the districts in the Balochistan Province.
