The Election Commission of Pakistan hereby authorizes the Presiding Officers appointed for each Polling Station of Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from Constituency No. PK-08 Peshawar-VIII, to exercise the powers of a Magistrate of the First Class under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (Act No. V of 1898) from 11^th to 13^th May, 2016
