The Election Commission of Pakistan hereby publishes the name of the candidate returned as a result of Bye-Election to the Senate of Pakistan against a General Seat from Balochistan Province.
No.F.9(1)/2011-Cord:- In pursuance of Section 25 of the Senate (Election) Act, 1975 (LI of 1975), read with Clause (5) of Article 224 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Election Commission of Pakistan hereby publishes the name of the candidate returned as a result of Bye-Election to the Senate of Pakistan against a General Seat from Balochistan Province, fallen vacant due to disqualification of Mir Muhammad Ali, for the un-expired term of office, which is due to expire on the 11th March, 2015.
