The Election Commission of Pakistan is pleased to re-fix the date of Poll for Bye-Election in the Constituency No. PS-21 Naushero Feroze-III as 4th December, 2012 instead of 17th November, 2012

                        No.F.17(1)/2012-Cord.- In continuation of this Commission’s Notification No.F.17(1)/2012-Cord.(1) dated the 26^th September, 2012, containing the Schedule  of Bye-election in Constituency No. PS-21 Naushero Feroze-III and in pursuance of the provisions of Article 254 of the Constitution and Section 11A of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (Act No. LXXXV of 1976), and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, due to some administrative reasons, the Election Commission of Pakistan is pleased to   re-fix the date of Poll for Bye-Election in the aforesaid constituency as 4^th December, 2012 instead of 17^th November, 2012, as notified earlier.
