                        No.F.8(7)/2012-Cord.- Pursuant to Judgment dated 19.09.2012 passed by the High Court of Sindh in C.P. Nos. D-1134 of 2012 (Election  Commission of Pakistan Vs. Additional Sessions Judge, Hyderabad & others) and D-2175 of 2012 (Syeda Waheeda Shah Vs. Election Commission of Pakistan & others); in continuation of this Commission’s Notification of even number dated 16^th March, 2012; Section 11A of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (Act No. LXXXV of 1976), and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Election Commission of Pakistan is pleased to fix the date of Poll for Bye-Election in Constituency No.PS-53 Tando Muhammad Khan-cum-Hyderabad (Old Hyderabad-XI) as 4^th December, 2012.
